How does the scan work?

You scan your chest using a LiDAR-enabled phone or tablet. That data becomes your custom 3D form.

What are the forms made from?

Additive-manufactured lattice structures printed from skin-safe, breathable materials.

Is Kuppd CE-certified?

We’re actively pursuing certification. Our forms are lifestyle devices with a clear roadmap for regulatory approval.

Why not just use NHS options?

NHS forms are off-the-shelf, limited in tone, and often uncomfortable. Kuppd is personalised, breathable, and designed to move with you.

Are you patented?

Yes. Our IP covers our lattice design, scanning-to-print process, and unique production method.

Who are you for?

Kuppd is designed for women post-mastectomy — and anyone who wants a better, more body-specific alternative to traditional forms.

Sarah Cordery
Founder & CEO

Kuppd was founded to address a quietly devastating gap: post-mastectomy prosthetics that are outdated, uncomfortable, and often invisible in the innovation space. Our founder, Sarah Cordery, spent over a decade designing technical lingerie for brands like M&S, Victoria’s Secret, and Ann Summers. But it was seeing how little had changed in breast care that led her to act.

Using 3D scanning, lattice engineering, and inclusive design, Kuppd creates breast forms that are light, breathable, and tailored to the individual – not the system. We’re backed by Innovate UK and Health Innovation Manchester, and have brought together a dream team of engineers, surgeons, fashion technologists, and women with lived experience. This is more than a product – it’s a redefinition of care. And we’re just getting started.
